Bought this for my heavy handed 4 year old and it has so far survived since christmas.

Lovely little starter to the Sylvanian Family collection,a good price ,sturdy and the addition of the furniture and little figure a bonus.

I bought this for my daughter for christmas, she is two and a half. This is her first sylvanian toy and she has fallen in love with it! It is great for imaginative play, she is very fond of the Wren Farthing character that comes with the set, the table, chairs and stove also encourage lots of play (there has been lots of baking and tea parties!) The house is durable, the ladder can be removed completely or positioned wherever is convenient along the side of the house. The lower floor windows open, and the front door opens onto a cute little porch. There is plenty of room for more furniture too.

I would recommend this, it makes a great starter house, especially for a younger child as there are not any miniature pieces, the chunky furniture is ideal for little hands!

This is a great little house that compared to other Sylvanian products is really well priced. You get a figure, table, chairs and a cooker. Its nicely made, the bay window and door opens and its really easy access as both levels have good play space. We’ve added 2 beds, a sofa and some kitchen units and its now perfect. My daughters (age 2 and 6) love it!
