I got this doll for my Christmas present and I really like it.

I love dressing it up in my old baby clothes and carrying it around.

It has helped me learn how to care for babys.

I am so glad I ignored the bad reviews – yes she needs loads of batteries – only top quality Duracell (we found). But our daughter loves her. I personally think the moving head was too big a function for a battery-operated toy. But I’m not playing with her. My daughter is and there is a full on fight whenever a friend comes over. They all want baby Annabell! This doll is a big hit!

Word of warning – accidentally turn off the doll before a car journey. That gurgling can drive you mad! But as my 5 year old pointed out “Mummy – she’s so happy!”.

As a parent i ve found this doll very disapointing,my 4 year old daughter thinks otherwise, I even went to the length of purchasing another doll as the first one did seem to be responding alway s seemed to turn its self off & i was constantly removing batteries re inserting & then she would work but only for approx half hr, however much to my dispontment 2nd one does exactley the same. Because of the battery useage i feel this doll is very expensive & if i had my way would send it back but my daughter loves it!!!

As a parent i find this product dissapointing. Firstly in a discription of the doll is said the doll wets itself and goes in the water so i bought a packet of nappies as well but this is not the case and my daughter was not pleased. Since christmas i have had to replace the batteries a few times. Now my six year old has lost interest because it keeps stopping and there is not much she can do with it. For the price of the doll it’s very disappointing.

got to say this doll has been such a success this Christmas, it was one of the presents for my eldest niece from me and she just loves it, she hasn’t wanted to put Annabell down at all, she loves the way it moves its head from side to side, makes a sucking sounds when using its dummy and burps when fed the water using the bottle with water in it, closes its eyes and breathes heavily when sleeping,she treats her like a real baby. The only thing I didn’t like as much was that when it sucks its dummy while you do get a sucking sounds which is great it doesn’t seem to suck it say like moving its cheeks / mouth like version 3 which my youngest niece had but thats the only thing that I can complain about as its a fab doll!
